These terms cover your use of Picture Book Proof (picturebookproof.com). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

The free checker

The checker compares your PDF with Amazon KDP's published paperback rules. It's a guide, not a guarantee: KDP makes the final decision, and its rules can change. Always review your book in KDP's previewer and order a printed proof before you publish.

Done-for-you service

• We prepare a KDP paperback interior and a full cover wrap from the files and text you send. We don't write, edit or illustrate your book.
• The 48 hours turnaround starts once we have everything we need from you.
• You confirm you own, or have permission to use, everything you send us. You keep all rights to your book.
• Refunds and our KDP guarantee are explained on the refunds page.

Payments

Orders are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, so their terms also apply to the payment. Prices are shown in US dollars; local taxes may be added at checkout.

Liability

We do our best to get your files right. If something goes wrong, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
