Done-for-you orders
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. We receive your name, email address, country and order details, but never your card details. Dodo Payments' own privacy policy covers the payment itself.
Files you send us are used only to complete your order. We delete them within 30 days of delivery, unless you ask us to keep them for later changes.
We use your email address to deliver your order and reply to you. We don't send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time: hello@picturebookproof.com.
